what is the fastest way to increase power of my muscles?

i need to increase power of my muscles to a very high level.
my i don’t have free time to exercise at bodybuilding gyms.
i only have half an hour to try.
so how can i do it and when i reach it?

It can develop your muscles, too.

Important is that you take a lot of proteins for the muscles and good food like fruits, vegetables, milk, chicken, eggs and fish.

A healthy food will help you to gain muscles, if you want you can get some protein supplements to aid you, no steroids.

    I keep telling people to check out http://www.musclebuilderusa.com.
    I’m about 4 months into it and I’ve noticed serious change in my arms and chest. You have to stick to it though or it’s not gonna do anything.
    It’s a little expensive for the package ($70-100 I think) but I think it’s worth it.
