is this a good bodybuilding diet?
hey guys im trying to get bigger i have a good lift routine but whats that without a good diet? im 5’8 155 is this enough food for me? just a rough guess, i do whey protein with milk so there about 250 calories a shake
my diet includes, , whey protein shake, greek yogurt, oatmeal, then apple, handful of almonds, bowl of kashi go lean cereal, then sweet potatoes, a tuna fish sandwich, follwed by a turkey or ham sandwich, another greek yogurt and whey protein shake, 2 spoonfuls of natural peanut butter, 4 eggs scrambled and a casein shake before bed,

You’re nothing without fruit and vegetables. What’s one apple a day? :/ You need at LEAST 5 fruit and vegetables EVERY day. It’s not a difficult concept to grasp.
