I need fast tips on how to lose fat belly! Please help!?

I need tips from anyone who’s bodybuilding or just exercising on how to lose fat belly. I need to lose it in 6 months. I’ll undergo any extreme training, no matter what.
I’m going to the gym for two days now. Help!!
I’m a guy btw.

Mainly it is what you consume as food during the day. I cut back food in almost 1/2 to get down to a six pack. You have to stop eating unhealthy food. More salads, fruit, cut out potatoes, corn, rice. Don’t worry about lifting heavy. You have to do cardio like swimming or treadmill first and then build muscles up in your spare time. And don’t hang out in the sauna. It doesn’t make you lose weight. Just water.

    Do some cardio and ab work at the gym. Eat healthy foods…some of the best foods for flat abs are almonds, eggs, leafy greens, apples, berries, and soy. Good luck!
