Help me make a bodybuilding diet?

I’m trying to build muscle but it isn’t working out well. I can handle the exercise; it’s the diet that’s killing me.

I did a calculator for BMR- when working out I’d need about 2950 calories a day. Then I tried the whole 20/30/50 thing and came out with 10.5 grams of fat a meal, 36.25g protein and 60.42g fat (at 6 meals a day). How do I fill these requirements out in a meal?

I tried chicken breast, and that was something like 80g of protein a piece, but nothing else has nearly 40g of protein that I can eat (a can of beans is extremely high in calories and only 24g if I’m lucky).

Also- if you have anything easy and small that can fill those requirements out, it’d rock- I have school still and I have difficulties fitting those requirements into a small meal between classes (hell I’ve only got 4 minutes).
