Muscular boys vs muscular women?
I was just wondering, would a 16 to 19 year old boy in the NATRUAL, and average range, of fit and muscular boys, be equal, less strong or more strong than a 20 to 30 year old NATURAL (no drugs or anything) bodybuilding woman? I support many feminist ideas in every intellectual way, but shouldn’t guys be attractive in muscular aspects and women in a non muscular aspect? And without the use of any drugs like if two kids the age of 19 were stranded on an island, one male and the other femal with no stupid technology to make it artifical, could the female of the two catch up with the male in muscle building? Could they both become equally muscular?
No stupid immature uninformative comments allowed please
thankyou
Chosen Answer:
No because men are 50 percent naturually stronger than women, a scientific fact.
even if a body building women was as strong, if that same weak @ss guy work out on the same level as the woman he would evenually get stronger.
hope that helps

Does the world rattle its bones like people have to do sometimes?
Earthquakes. Tornadoes. Hurricanes. Would the world be stiff without bad weather? Are natural disasters necessary for a healthy world? Do human beings have to rattle their bones at least occasionally like the earth does? One man’s ECT is another man’s bodybuilding, narcotics, pizza and beer, bungy jumping, rollercoaster riding. Some men are not depressed by not getting ECT but instead, for instance, by playing golf. It just depends on what floats your boat. Sometimes you need to shake yourself up only once to feel good. Earthquakes and hurricanes and tornadoes in the human body perhaps can break up obstructions and blockages by mechanical force and pressure. I was stiff and depressed when I got ECT. I feel comfortable and relaxed now. I used ECT as a way to break up stiffness caused by obstructions. Convulsions induced by ECT broke up my stiff muscular obstructions. I can dance now and feel good.

I can tell you were using ECT when you wrote this question….because it makes absolutely no sense at all!

Teen bodybuilder, wondering if I should compete or not? Need advice?
okay, before i say anything my bodybuilding profile is www.bodyspace.com/rippedrunner
there should be a couple of good pictures up, sorry for the bad lighting in my room.
but i’m 16 years old, and try and stay modest about my bodybuilding but i’ve gotten an overwhelming amount of encouragement from my friends to compete.
in about 5 months, there will be a NATURAL ONLY teen bodybuilding competition in my area. The pictures on my profile are from working out for about 5 months to give you an idea of my general progress speed.
i’m currently at 4.8% bodyfat as a side note.
be honest, be harsh, be brutal if you gotta. do you think I have what it takes or would i be wasting my time?
to answer some questions, the pictures on their, even the more recent ones were taken about a month ago.
i’ve started doing heavier shrugs, now doing reps at 205 pounds and my traps just shot up out of nowhere.
i’ve got a new pec workout that works for me, to give you an idea of how much its working my pecs are now solid, larger, and my bench press rep has gone up 10 pounds.
and i know i don’t have any pictures of my legs up, but i’m fairly confident about them compared to my upper body where i’m not sure.
Chosen Answer:
Judging from your pictures, you could just use a little work toning. Mainly your chest (I suggest some decline benchpress along with close grip to fill the lower gap a little more, and some incline to get more barrel chested). Definitely do more shrugs with some heavy weight to gain trap mass, and some military press to compliment that. Your biceps look great, and tri’s aren’t that bad either. You want to do some more lat work though, so you can really get that filled out look from the back.
Now, that’s picking at the small things. You look great for 5 months of working out, and theres no reason why you shouldn’t compete. The worst thing that’ll happen is that you’ll learn what you need to work on, so go for it.
Oh, and don’t neglect your squats! Squatting may seem like a waste since it’s a power lift, but it makes your overall frame bigger, and it also releases natural growth hormone to the rest of your body to increase size.

what animal can i eat for more testosterone?
attempting bodybuilding by most natural means
Chosen Answer:
I don’t think you can get testosterone from meat. You can eat black eyed peas because they
turn off estrogen and will bulk you up. Peanuts are good at getting a lot of muscle on your back!

What do you think of 48 year old men in Speedos?
Long story short: I’m 48, I hired a personal trainer and got into the best shape of my life. Now my trainer (who has won competitions before) wants me to do an “All Natural” bodybuilding competition.
Pros – at 48 it’s an accomplishment and maybe a once in a lifetime chance, and would be something to celebrate all the hard work.
Cons – I’m not comfortable in front of people, would be nervous posing, and am not sure at all about being up on stage in a speedo with my junk flapping in the breeze.
So, if you’re under 30, how would you feel about your dad doing that? If you’re over, how would you feel about your s/o doing that? In general, do you think I should do it? Thanks!
Chosen Answer:
Since I’ve seen your new body in jeans. I can truthfully say, you look great, and I would certainly love to see you in a Speedo. But…
Since you’re not comfy with being onstage, on display, and wearing next to nothing, with people gawking, and appraising “the goods”… Your discomfort is probably going to show, and work against you. If you can work up confidence (I think You can) and show your pride, along with your abs then your charm and pride will surely make you a crowd favourite.
As for how I’d feel, about my significant other doing that- My boyfriend is certainly “display worthy” in my eyes. Whatever he wanted to do is okay with me.

How do you define “evolution”?
(from dictionary.com) =
noun 1. any process of formation or growth; development: the evolution of a language; the evolution of the airplane.
2. a product of such development; something evolved: The exploration of space is the evolution of decades of research.
3. Biology. change in the gene pool of a population from generation to generation by such processes as mutation, natural selection, and genetic drift.
4. a process of gradual, peaceful, progressive change or development, as in social or economic structure or institutions.
5. a motion incomplete in itself, but combining with coordinated motions to produce a single action, as in a machine.
6. a pattern formed by or as if by a series of movements: the evolutions of a figure skater.
7. an evolving or giving off of gas, heat, etc.
8. Mathematics. the extraction of a root from a quantity. Compare involution (def. 8).
9. a movement or one of a series of movements of troops, ships, etc., as for disposition in order of battle or in line on parade.
10. any similar movement, esp. in close order drill.
————————-
I asked a friend (a self professed hard-core atheist) for his definition and he defined it as
“Change over time”…
which seems pretty good as a definition in a general sense…but how about something that just “changes” (say if a person starts bodybuilding and they develop muscles) …can this really be called “evolution”?….I mean it seems like strictly speaking it would be “change over time”…but I don’t think my friend would have seen that as “evolution” per se…
————-
is there one scientific “standard” definition that is agreed upon in the scientific community?
———
I have heard there are different “types” of evolution —microevolution vs. macroevolution
—————-
I am mostly interested in the definition as it pertains to Darwin’s evolutionary theory…so I think some of the 10 definitions listed above aren’t as relevant…
—————
anyway…feel free to frame the question how you interpret it…to give me your best ideas!
Chosen Answer:
A change in the alleles over time, in other words genetic changes over time.
Physical changes, like body building, are not genetic.
Micro and Macro evolution are creationist terms used to try to separate the genetic changes that we have observed from what they perceive evolution to be. They do not realize that there are no “hard lines” between one species and another.

Natural Body Building?
Hi just wondering if it is feasible to attain a good physique without using any of the protein shakes or creatine for example?
I want to work out, eat healthy diet, and be more muscular than the average guy. I don’t want to be Mr Universe!
By doing weights without bodybuilding supplements, can I hope to achieve a really good physique?
Comprehensive answers greatly appreciated.
I’d just like to add that anyone who takes anabolic steroids is a complete fool. You will permanently mess up your body! I say this not from experience but from the science that is available to read up on the internet!
I also had a very bad personal experience with creatine monohydrate. I beleive it caused my ulcerative colitis, but that is another story. I am therefore very cautious about what I put in my body now.

if you eat right than yes. your not going to get huge though.

Is there any other supplements to help for bodybuilding/working out and when?
Currently i take, multi vitamen in the morning, creatine 5 grams around lunch 12:00 then 30 minutes before workout i take nitric oxide,( i want to start taking tribulus[natural test booster] pre workout aswell then at night) then after i take a scoop of protein that has 20 grams of protein, i was wondering if there is anything i can take before workout, intra workout, or anything else, and also if its ok to take 2 scoops of protein afterwards instead.
Chosen Answer:
yes amino’s this will help you. BCAA stands for Branch Chain Amino Acids; BCAAs are the essential aminos leucine, isoleucine, and valine. They are one of the most overlooked and most effective supplements for anyone looking to build muscle and increase performance. The loss of BCAA’s increase dramatically with both endurance and strength exercise. If these are not available in the body, it would be sourced from muscle protein, with the accompanying break down of muscle.
