There is not an answer for this question, buying steroids in the USA is illegal, online or not so there is no ‘safe’ way.

Started bodybuilding. How much do I need to eat?

I’m 6’2 150 lbs. I get alot of disrespect from people for being tall and skinny, so I’ve started a bodybuilding routine.

How many calories do I need to eat, and how much protein should I take in?

Chosen Answer:

Try to east at least 4 times per day. Have a big breakfast: eggs, milk meat(fish or beef), take protein shake after work out; have dinner before 8 o clock and take again protein powder before going to bed. Try to eat many calories (eat much rice and pasta, and potatos)

How many drinks does it take to affect bodybuilding?

I know that alcohol is bad for weight training, but would 3 to 4 drinks per week still be bad for gaining muscle?

Chosen Answer:

I’m not sure how accurate this is but I remember seeing plenty of negatives about drinking.
1. It dehydrates you and you can lose gains unless you drink tons of water.
2. I believe it might affect testosterone or something not quite sure but it’s definitely not good for you but 3-4 drinks doesn’t sound that bad.

How are mixed nuts ok to eat snack for bodybuilding nutririon?

I don’t understand how cashews, almonds, pistachios, and all that are ok to eat when it is loaded with allot of calories and calories from fat. I know that it is natural unprocessed but the nutritional value seems kind of bad.

Chosen Answer:

Nuts have good fat, not bad fat. When you eat nuts, their fats will be burned off throughout your day and give you lots of energy and protein. Junk food however, will go STRAIGHT to your belly (or wherever your fat goes). Obviously if you eat buts like crazy it will ruin the effect. They have lots of nutrients too that make skin look better. And we all know how nice that skin has to look with those muscles ;)

as far as eating goes..if you eat normal healthy meals with enough calories to gain weight slowly and don’t eat much junk then that will be good enough to get the nutrition you need.

How much does bodybuilding raise blood pressure?

We always hear about how it temporarily raises blood pressure when no one ever says how much it should. When I’m done lifting, it’s usually around 140/90 to 180/90.

When you’re doing something like heavy squats, for example, I’d bet it gets astronomically high for a brief amount of time, and that that is normal.

How do we know if we’re not overdoing it?

Chosen Answer:

it goes back to normal after a while, as long as you arent winded, you should be okay.

My son wants to start bodybuilding. Should I let him?

My son is 15 years old and is huge for his age. He is 6’9 with size 15 shoes. He weighs in at about 300 pounds. He is not fat, but very muscular. Is he too young to start bodybuilding?

Chosen Answer:

I would recommend letting him lift weights but to find someone who can help him with it so he doesn’t hurt himself. low reps and high weight probably wouldn’t be a good idea, but high reps and low weight is actually good to help with conditioning. Either way though I would suggest he talk with a coach at the school or find someone at a gym that can help him so he doesn’t over it do it and get hurt. (With his size and weight I’m sure the football coaches are all over him to play so they should be more than willing to help him)
