beginner in bodybuilding and have some questions?
what will happen if i ate protein late after lifting weights or even haven’t had it ?
would the exercise then be worthless or what ?
BQ1 : and how long should i train for ?
BQ2 : and how about some aerobic high intensity workout after lifting , would it be bad ?
BQ3 : and how long should i rest for between sets ?
Chosen Answer:
Nothing like that. You can take protein even hours after your workout.
BQ1 : and how long should i train for ?
Ans: You need to train consistently and regularly. That’s the best I can say. Always remember its not the quantity of your workout but rather the quality. (Of course quantity is important, but you need to focus more and work). Workout for at-least 2-3 months to see gradual results.
BQ2 : And how about some aerobic high intensity workout after lifting , would it be bad ?
Ans: You need to relax and give a gap before you start high intensity aerobic exercises after your lifts. Remember not to strain yourself. If you feel any signs of strain or pain, give rest and start over.
BQ3 : and how long should i rest for between sets ?
A gap of 60 sec (1min) would be the ideal time. But you can even take a 2-3 min break if you’re too worn out. (Depends upon the individual capacity). Never over do.
